My Shivanata services have shifted over to The Phoenix Mind, though they’re exactly the same as they’ve always been.
I offer classes in Brighton, UK and over Skype for your convenience.
Essentially, Shiva Nata (also known as Dance of Shiva or Shivanata) is a brain training, muscle toning, balance increasing dance based on yoga with the numbers 1-8. It’s for writers, runners, martial artists, musicians, artists, accountants, astronauts and wanna-be-falconers who want to juggle while on a unicycle.
Ten Scenarios Where Shivanata Might Benefit You
- Need innovative ideas for work?
- Can’t quite word that proposal (marriage or business) or sales page?
- Stressed but struggling to exercise?
- Mental blocks you can’t get out of?
- Can’t quite link your dissertation ideas?
- Haven’t written an essay in years and need that sense of ‘flow’?
- Got exams and need to remember useless information?
- Working towards your green belt and want more balance/agility/co-ordination?
- Need to specifically develop mind-body awareness for juggling, synchronised swimming or uni-cycling? (I’ve done all of these, including juggle while uni-cycling around a massive Christmas tree. Seriously).
- Trying to learn a new skill such as dance, language (yes, C++ and your chemistry jargon counts as a language) or mental visualisation skills?
- Caught up in your old habits and can’t seem to shake them? Don’t even know why you do them?
Okay so that was eleven, but Shiva Nata will help with any and all of these things.
Come on over to The Phoenix Mind to see how I can help you.
