I’m Rose; a writer, shivanaut, dreamer, meditator, mental health worker and postgraduate.

I’m a down-to-earth, eccentric, winged-being; learning to soar.

For my writing on Neuroscience, Redefinition, Psychology, Life Coaching, Cognitive Therapy or Mental health, please head over to Map Your Potential.

I spend my spare time reading, taking photographs and writing novels. To look at my reading list and examples of my painting and photography, please visit my interests page.

As of November 2012, I have completed and submitted one novel, given up on three others and have three others in progress. I’ve also completed a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a masters in neuroscience. I work in the mental health and social work sectors with families and young people and also lead Shivanata sessions. Other labels include being a published poet, Reiki practitioner, vocalist, dancer & lyricist.

When I turned 21, I dedicated a year to pushing myself to the edge, investigating the power behind human thought and writing poetry, novels and this blog. Each year, I have re-made that decision. This blog is my spiritual space; where I can account for meditation and reiki practises, fulfil life goals, write and explore various principles and theories about living life to the full.

I am focusing on simplifying my life; earning money, helping those in need and living life to the full. This year, I’m focusing on Connection; to the land, to my history, to people and principles.

To really understand me, take a glance at what influences my trail-blazing light and find out what I’m best at on a social level.

If you’re interested in pushing your own boundaries and reaching your potential, head over to my website at Map Your Potential for support and practical help.

If you work with me in person, be prepared to receive the flowers I’ve gathered on my way to see you. You’re allowed to wear them in your hair, shirt holes, bag or pockets. Or leave them on the table for someone else to find after we’ve left.

In light,
Rose
